The Association of State and Territorial Dental Directors and the National Maternal and Child Oral Health Resource Center (OHRC) has announced (March 2010) the availability of  new resources, which were developed to stimulate thinking about and the use of professionally applied fluoride varnish by programs serving populations at moderate to high risk for dental caries.
